1. How long does it take to install Christmas lights?

Installation time depends on the size of the home and the complexity of the design, but most installations take between 2 to 5 hours. We’ll give you an accurate estimate during your consultation.

2. Do you provide the lights or should I purchase my own?

We provide the lights for you each season. You have the option to store them yourself or we can store the lights for next season for an additional charge.

3. Are the lights weatherproof and safe?

Yes, we use commercial-grade, weather-resistant LED lights that are designed to withstand harsh winter conditions. We also ensure that all installations are secure and safe.

4. What happens if a light goes out?

We offer maintenance throughout the holiday season. If any lights malfunction, simply give us a call, and we’ll replace them promptly at no extra charge.

5. Do you remove the lights after the holidays?

Yes! Our service includes takedown and removal of the lights after the holiday season, usually starting in early January.

6. How does payment work?

50% Deposit is required before installation. The other 50% is paid upon completion.

Credit Card: You can pay directly on our website through a secure payment portal using any major credit card.

E-Transfer: We also accept e-transfers for a quick and easy way to pay from your bank.
